Healthy Eating Plate


This is another healthy eating plate. How it works is we had a list of food and we had to put it in the right place and category. In the two big ones are carbs and veges/fruit. And the smallest one is treat and the other two are dairy/meats. The bigger the part of the palte the more you need to eat. That is why treats is the smallest one because you should eat the least. You need to eat carbs and veges/fruit the most because they are the biggest category.
